khò-sio̍k

Earlier today I overheard from an elderly person the expression "khò-sio̍k". He was saying somebody was very khò-sio̍k.  Is this expression commonly used in your area? This expression can be found at page 440 of Douglas'.

khò-sio̍k, 汉字“靠熟”，意思是讲“熟似侬中间互相无厚礼数”。副词。
