Quite close, but still not the same. The t and d in these two clusters have been influenced by "r" a lot, making them very similar to the sounds you said. And this is why words like "tray" sound so much like 吹 or 脆 in Mandarin Chinese. Please note that /r/ and /w/ sounds also have a lot in common.
